I was victim of a fraud in 2019 when someone used my info to borrow money from Wise Loan. I contacted Wise Loan when I found the issue and thought I had resolved it. However in early July 2021 I was contacted by a collection company wanting to sever me for this same loan from 2019. I had not received any other notice, email, phone call or letter from Wise Loan prior to this. When I contacted Wise Loan to find out why I was still being pursued on this matter, I was sent to speak with Robbie. I’m short, I found him very calm and respectful in how he dealt with me. He was able to find the correspondence from Wise Loan was going to an errant email address. He was able to correct this with my email, sent me the proper data so I could file a proper Fraud Claim in order to resolve this matter. I did not want to pay for a loan I did not take out nor receive the money from. All documentation is now with Wise Loan and I accredit Robbie for helping me get this done. He is excellent at handling potentially volatile situation while being a professional representative for Wise Loan and helping me feel I had value to. I ran the credit department for a large agricultural company and would have loved to have had someone with his skills. I appreciated working with him. Thank you, Robbie for your help.
